THE Party! New Year's Eve on Brookside

What:
THE Party! New Year’s Eve on Brookside will bring together the Tulsa Community to share in the excitement of an outdoor street party , a lighted ball drop and confetti at midnight. A choice of outdoor and indoor activities located on Brookside will allow participants of all ages to comfortably enjoy a variety of festivities. There will be live entertainment from Eric and the Adams on an outdoor stage and The Okie Down Band on an indoor stage, we have Street Performers from Silverwolf Productions and all proceeds raised by THE Party will benefit the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
 
 
When:
   Thursday, December 31, 2009 9:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
 
Where:
   Brookside Tulsa 37th – 39th Streets (location of Ball Drop 3701 S. Peoria)

This is FREE event open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to bring canned food items for the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. A VIP Party tent will also be available at a charge of $75.00 per person.
 
VIP Party Tent! 
Celebrate the new year in a VIP heated Party Tent while you listen to the music of Okie Down Band.  Your ticket price of $75.00 includes Beer and Wine as well as Appetizers from local Tulsa Restaurants.  Tent also includes Party Favors and Champagne at Midnight.  All proceeds benefit the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

    Help to organize THE Party by serving on the volunteer committee, help on the day of the event with set-up, take-down, plus at least 100 other duties to help the event run smoothly.
